Born on July 13, 1963, Md. Fazlul Hoque is a prominent figure in Bangladesh's industrial sector and international trade. He is widely recognized for establishing Plummy Fashions Ltd., celebrated as the "Greenest Knitwear Factory of the World". Throughout his illustrious career, he has led key trade organizations like the Bangladesh Employers Federation (BEF) and BKMEA, while serving on high-powered national committees for export, SME development, and skill development under the Prime Minister's office. Mr. Hoque is also a globally sought-after speaker and panelist, having presented at the United Nations, OECD, ILO, Asian Development Bank, and prestigious universities like LSE and Oxford. He has led numerous trade delegations worldwide to expand Bangladesh's apparel footprint.
