A five-member delegation of International Chamber of Commerce Bangladesh (ICCB) left Dhaka yesterday for World Business Summit in Hong Kong, the trade body said in a statement.

ICCB President Mahbubur Rahman is leading the team for the summit that is scheduled to take place tomorrow.

The event, themed “New Global Economic Realities: Asia-Pacific Perspectives”, is organised by the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Business Organisation in partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.

Mahbubur Rahman will also attend the ICC World Council Meeting and Meeting of the Global Permanent Heads of ICC National Committees today.

The team that includes Singer Bangladesh Ltd Chairman Mahbub Jamil, Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Abul Kasem Khan and Citi Country Officer Mamun Rashid will return Dhaka on Friday.
