A five-member delegation of ICC-Bangladesh, led by its President Mahbubur Rahman, left here on Monday for Hong Kong to join the world business summit scheduled to be held there on Wednesday.
The theme of the event is “New Global Economic Realities.
Asia-Pacific Perspectives”, a press release said.
It was expected that it would provide a timely opportunity to underline the importance of trade and economic integrations as the keys to face new and emerging global challenges.
The event, being organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the world business organization with the partnership of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), is expected to be attended by business leaders from around the world.

Meeting and Meeting of the Global Permanent Heads of ICC National Committees tomorrow.
The other members of the delegation are Singer Bangladesh Limited Chairman Mahbub Jamil, DCCI President Abul Kashem Khan, Bengal Fine Ceramics Limited Chairman R Maksud Khan and Managing Director and Citi Group Country Officer, Citibank N.A. Bangladesh, Mamun Rashid.
The delegation is expected to return home on July 2, the release added.
